Payment methods
Online orders can be paid with the options offered during the transaction (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Please be aware that if you pay through the online portal, your personal data may be shared with WooCommerce, Stripe, and other third parties in order to carry out the transaction.
If you would prefer to pay by cash, select "pick up in store" and tick the box to pay by cash.
Delivery
IMPORTANTE: Los bombones son un producto muy sensible a la temperatura, y es crucial que no pasen muchos días en transito, sobre todo en épocas calurosas. Nosotros solo realizaremos envíos de lunes a miércoles, para que lleguen antes del fin de semana. Rogamos que te organices en la medida de lo posible para estar presente el día del envió, para evitar disgustos. No podemos aceptar responsabilidad ni reemplazar el contenido de los pedidos que no se han podido entregar bien debido a la ausencia de alguien en la dirección de envió.
IMPORTANTE: No podemos realizar cambios a los datos una vez programada la entrega. Rogamos verifiquen el nombre, código postal, dirección, numero de teléfono y cualquier otra informacion importante al momento de realizar el pedido.
We deliver in the city of Barcelona, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm via bicycle messengers. With enough notice, we can also deliver on weekends and evenings.
Los gastos de entrega son gratuitos para pedidos superiores a 60€. Para los pedidos que no superen los 60€, los gastos de entrega son de 7€ en Barcelona ciudad y de 10€ para la España peninsular. También ofrecemos la opción de recoger los pedidos gratuitamente en la tienda durante el horario de negocio (lunes a viernes 10-14h y 16-20h, sábado de 10-12h).
We generally ship out orders within 1 to 2 days. Please be advised that large orders, personalized orders, items that are low in stock, or orders made during holiday periods may take longer.
For orders in Barcelona city: Due to the delicate and temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we will always contact you before delivering your order. If there is no one present when we arrive at your delivery address, your order will be returned to our workshop and you will be responsible for paying 7 euros to cover the cost of that first delivery attempt.
Chocolate is very delicate and requires an exact temperature range. As a result, unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of Barcelona between April and October. Contact us for deliveries to Barcelona's surrounding districts.
If you prefer to pay in cash, select the in-store pickup option and choose cash. We don't offer cash payment for orders that are delivered to your home.
Unfortunately, due to the new law that requires us to hire a recycling representative in every country we ship to in the E.U., we have currently had to pause all deliveries to the rest of Europe. Although our packaging does comply with the recycling regulations regarding responsible materials and minimized empty volume, we simply cannot afford to pay up to 500 euros per third-party compliance company in each destination country, plus the added paperwork this represents. We eagerly await the updates to see if the EU will go through with its proposed exemptions for micro-businesses. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
Generally, as we sell perishable food, we don't accept returns. If the product arrives in poor condition or if you do not receive the right product, please send us photos along with the receipt within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will replace erroneous or spoiled products with the relevant product or a refund of the money paid. In either case, the original product must be returned in its integrity, within its original packaging. Danielle Pacheco Chocolatier will arrange for return pickup.
If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact us right away and we will try to cancel or change the order. Once we have started to prepare the order, it can no longer be cancelled.
Save money and help the environment
We offer a 2-euro discount for returning customers who elect to reuse their box. This offer can be activated by inserting the code "medioambiente" when you place the order online. However, it will be rescinded if you do not provide a previously used box from Danielle Pacheco Chocolatier.
Allergies
We make everything in a tiny workshop annexed to our shop. As a result, all of our products may contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, soya, milk and sesame. If you have allergies or intolerance to certain foods and you would like to know the relative risk of a specific product, don't hesitate to reach out.
The majority of our products are alcohol-free.
