Payment methods
Online orders can be paid with the options offered during the transaction (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Please be aware that if you pay through the online portal, your personal data may be shared with WooCommerce, Stripe, and other third parties in order to carry out the transaction.

Returns
Generally, as we sell perishable food, we don't accept returns. If the product arrives in poor condition or if you do not receive the right product, please send us photos along with the receipt within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will replace erroneous or spoiled products with the relevant product or a refund of the money paid. In either case, the original product must be returned in its integrity, within its original packaging. Danielle Pacheco Chocolatier will arrange for return pickup.
If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact us right away and we will try to cancel or change the order. Once we have started to prepare the order, it can no longer be cancelled.
Save money and help the environment
We offer a 2-euro discount for returning customers who elect to reuse their box. This offer can be activated by inserting the code "medioambiente" when you place the order online. However, it will be rescinded if you do not provide a previously used box from Danielle Pacheco Chocolatier.
Allergies
As we work in a shared kitchen, we cannot fully guarantee the total absence of common allergens, including nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, soya, milk, sesame, celery, mustard, lupins, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, shellfish, mollusks and fish.
That being said, we are careful to minimize cross-contamination by using our own kitchen utensils, bowls, saucepans, sponges, cloths, etc. The allergens most likely to be present in our products based on the raw ingredients we use are nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, soya, milk and sesame.
